Visiting Scholar Gouri Mohan has successfully defended her dissertation entitled, “Emergence of Individual and Collective Leadership in Self-Managing and Diverse Teams: An Investigation of Multiple Antecedent Conditions”, at IESE Business School in Barcelona Spain. She has accepted a position as a post-doctoral research associate at Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership in the Ivey Business School at Western University in Ontario, Canada.
