Jake Pendergraft presents research at annual INGroup Conference

Jake Pendergraft recently presented results from a multiphase historiometric study conducted in conjunction with the Project FUSION research grant at the 17th annual INGRoup Conference in Hamburg, Germany. The study examined the most pressing composition and differentiation factors impacting the ability of multiteam systems to adapt effectively in high-stakes environments. Way to go, Jake!
